A little about me

I cook the way my grandmother did β€” with love and a wooden spoon.

Hi, I'm Kaddy. I grew up in a kitchen that always smelled like something good β€” rice simmering, bread rising, a sauce bubbling on the stove. These are the recipes I learned at my mother's side, the ones that fed my family through good years and hard ones.

Here on Eat with Kaddy, I share the dishes that mean the most to me. Nothing fancy, nothing fussy β€” just honest food, made with care, and meant to be shared.

Groundnut Peanut Soup

West African comfort in a bowl β€” creamy, nutty, perfect with warm bread on the side.

The way I cook

Good food doesn't need to be complicated. It just needs to be made with care.

01

Real ingredients

Nothing you can't pronounce. Things you'd find at a market, not a lab.

02

Slow when it matters

Some things can't be rushed β€” a stew, a dough, a Sunday.

03

Always shared

Recipes are meant to be passed hand to hand, pot to pot.
